Wednesday already?

How do you pronounce all that?

I just can’t odd…

First things first, this week’s Monday Night Game is up in the usual place, and with a pretty major knockdown-dragout fight completed, I now need to draw and write some more maps and encounters to bridge the journeys ahead of the intrepid explorers. I also need to do some last minute bits and pieces for the Sunday group as we seem to be on course to have a good number of people turning up this week (yay).

I’ve got a bit of headache today after a pretty boozy night yesterday after work. Tuesdays are slowly becoming a regular social night, and after customer fun and games at the library right up to and including closing time I was definitely in need of some drink and conversation. We’ll be back there on Friday for Red Nose Day, so it was at least partially a last minute planning meeting as an excuse, but generally we enjoyed the music and caught up on gossip. I also learned some things about my ex-wife’s recent ex-partners that have given me mixed emotions. One in particular seems to have been quite manipulative and potentially violent towards her and our daughter, so I’m working hard at the moment on not saying or doing anything stupid, especially now he’s not on the scene any more.

I have at least eliminated one headache around this site in working out a small glitch in my settings that had me set as posting at +1 UTC, rather than London, meaning that some of my late night posts were appearing as the following day on the diary of when things got posted. It sounds really minor, but it was causing me irritation in planning when to schedule or write posts to try and keep to writing each day. Yay – now I have no excuses…
