Over the years I’ve found and been amused by a large number of things – and where they were sometimes a bit obscure, especially in the early days of the internet, I took a copy to save on dial-up costs.

I’ve been going back over the contents of the site I used to run that was called OrbitalShadow.com, and have rediscovered quite a bit of content, some of which I haven’t been able to credit or even locate online anywhere. So I’m posting these bits here, hoping a) that people like them, or are at least amused and b) that someone can identify the original writers so that I can credit them/ask permission/point people to them as links.
