Been a long couple of days work-wise, so limited energy for blogging. I’ve been bouncing from all day meetings to interviewing people to fill maternity cover and advising people with a variety of my hats on.

I had intended to go to the Surrey Pride launch, but I had a stress headache that wiped me out last night. I decided to be sensible and rest up.

Speaking of other sensible things, the me tal health support team have discharged me back to GP care as I’m doing all the right things and have put measures in place for myself to manage myself – so that’s positive. I shall no doubt be talking g a lot in counselling as a follow up
